# Privacy notice

Effective September 16, 2026. This notice covers velostream.com, operated by Velostream LLC, 32 W 200 S #555, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101.

## What we collect

- Server logs: our host, Cloudflare, records the IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp of each request for security and reliability. These logs are retained for a short period and are not used to identify you.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and assigns a pseudonymous identifier to measure visits, pages viewed and referrers, and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures traffic without cookies or personal identifiers. We do not use advertising networks, remarketing or cross-site tracking.
- Email: if you write to hello@velostream.com we keep your message and our reply so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation.

## How we use it

To operate and secure the site, to understand which pages are useful, and to answer the people who write to us. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers named here, who process it on our behalf.

## Your choices

You can block or clear cookies in your browser, use Google's opt-out add-on for Google Analytics, or browse with tracking protection; the site works either way. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email hello@velostream.com.

## Other points

The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Links to other sites, including the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and Google Patents, are governed by those sites' own policies. If this notice changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
